Formatic cookie machine in excellent condition. The Formatic is a wire-release cookie machine, capable of processing doughs with large inclusions. Their unique drum system also facilitates producing cookies with a variety of different shapes. This includes the ability to produce custom drums to your specifications. This machine comes with 2 circular shaped drums x1 at 8cm and x1 at 6.5cm.

The Formatic is very easy to use, just place the dough/mixture into the hopper at the top of the machine and switch on. The machine will then produce products that will come out on the conveyor belt. There is a variable speed setting and can produce up to 40 products per minute. The Formatic can be switched on to continuous production or can be operated by using the foot pedal.

Versatility

This cookie machine is also used to form meat, burgers, fish, potato, vegetable, butter, cheese, and other baking/confectionery products.
